Acceptance limits for formulated cleaners remain one of the key challenges in cleaning validation. This presentation will demonstrate practical approaches to establishing scientifically sound acceptance limits based on PDE principles while applying the well-established MACO concept.

The session will also explore the selection of suitable analytical methods, discuss their capabilities and limitations, and provide guidance on interpreting typical analytical results. Drawing on extensive practical experience, Lukáš will share practical tips and tricks to help simplify everyday cleaning validation decisions.
